robet is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have as a robet account holder and Philippine data subject.
Six core privacy commitments that govern how robet handles every piece of personal information you share with us. These summaries do not replace the full policy below.
robet collects personal data only for specific, legitimate purposes — account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not collect data speculatively or in excess of what is necessary for these functions.
All personal data held by robet is protected by SSL encryption in transit and industry-standard encryption at rest. Access to personal data within robet's systems is restricted on a need-to-know basis. We do not store payment card numbers or full GCash wallet credentials.
robet does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to what is strictly necessary for platform operation — payment processors, KYC providers, and regulatory bodies — under binding data processing agreements.
robet processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your rights as a Philippine data subject are fully recognised by robet.
As a robet account holder and Philippine data subject, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting robet's Data Protection Officer through the contact details in Section 14 of this policy.
robet retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Once data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with robet's data retention schedule.

robet retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted, destroyed, or irreversibly anonymised. Where legal obligations require retention beyond the periods above, data will be retained for the minimum period required and deleted promptly thereafter.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by robet. To exercise any of these rights, contact robet's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 14.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data robet holds about you, including information on the purposes of processing and the categories of data held. robet will respond to access requests within 30 days.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data robet holds about you. Corrections to core account data (name, date of birth) will require documentary verification.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. This right is subject to robet's legal retention obligations, which may require retention of certain data for up to 5 years.
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data where robet is relying on legitimate interests as the legal basis, and where your interests, rights, or freedoms override those interests. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to request that robet transmit this data to another controller where technically feasible.
If you believe robet has breached your rights under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC). robet encourages you to first contact the robet DPO to seek resolution before escalating to the NPC.
If robet discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21 — whether through a misrepresentation during registration or otherwise — robet will immediately suspend the relevant Account, delete the associated personal data as promptly as is legally permissible, and refund any net real-money balance to the payment method used for deposits.
If you have reason to believe that a person under 21 has registered or is using a robet Account, please report this immediately to robet's support team via live chat or to the Data Protection Officer at the contact details in Section 14. robet takes under-age gambling extremely seriously and will act immediately on any verified report.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of processing, or formatting updates — may be made without prior notice. The effective date at the top of this Policy will always reflect when the current version came into force.
Your continued use of the robet Platform after the effective date of any Policy amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not accept the amended Policy, you may request Account closure in accordance with the process described in robet's Terms & Conditions.
