You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use the robet platform. This is a legal requirement under PAGCOR's framework for online gambling in the Philippines. Age verification may be required at any point.
Each individual may hold only one robet account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. Accounts are non-transferable.
All robet bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to rollover conditions before withdrawal.
robet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods other than those used for deposits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR oversees online gaming operations. Disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
robet is committed to player protection. Self-exclusion, deposit limits, and loss limit tools are available to all account holders. Use of robet is intended for entertainment only — gambling responsibly is a condition of use.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By accessing the robet Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and robet. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use the robet Platform for real-money activities. This minimum age requirement is mandated under PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gambling in the Philippines. robet strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You represent that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. robet makes no representation as to the legality of its services in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the robet Platform. Operating duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
3.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number. robet may require submission of government-issued identification documents to verify the information provided. Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these Terms.
3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify robet immediately at the contact details provided in Section 17 if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. robet shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain account security.
4.1 Accuracy of Information. You undertake to keep your Account information accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number or payment details must be communicated to robet support and verified before taking effect.
4.2 Personal Use Only. Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account, nor may you access or use another person's Account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or pledged.
4.3 KYC Compliance. You agree to complete any identity verification (KYC) process requested by robet, including providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time specified by robet may result in temporary restriction of Account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals.
4.4 Tax Obligations. You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to your winnings under Philippine law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction. robet does not provide tax advice and makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of gambling winnings.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. robet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (via payment partner), and Cebuana Lhuillier, subject to availability and minimum transaction amounts as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the robet Platform is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
5.3 Currency. All transactions on the robet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). No foreign currency conversion is performed by robet. Any currency conversion costs incurred by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.
5.4 Deposit Processing. robet processes deposits in real time for GCash and PayMaya transfers under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time. robet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
5.6 Withdrawal Processing Times. robet targets the following withdrawal processing times under normal operating conditions: GCash — 3 to 5 minutes; PayMaya — 3 to 10 minutes; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business hours. These are target times only and are not guaranteed. robet is not liable for delays caused by third-party processing networks.
5.7 Anti-Money Laundering. robet complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. robet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account, delay or decline any transaction, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law. Players must not use the robet Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
6.1 General. All Wagers placed on robet are subject to these Terms and any applicable game-specific rules or sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game or event.
6.2 Finality of Results. All game results and betting outcomes are final once confirmed by robet's system. Technical errors that result in clearly incorrect outcomes will be investigated and corrected at robet's discretion. robet's determination of any dispute regarding game results shall be final and binding.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game and market are displayed on the Platform prior to placing a Wager. robet reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
6.4 Disconnection. If a Player's internet connection is interrupted after a Wager has been accepted and the betting window has closed, the Wager remains valid and the result will be recorded server-side. robet is not responsible for loss of data or Wagers resulting from the Player's connection failure.
6.5 Error and Malfunction. In the event of a platform error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, robet reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to Players. robet shall have no further liability in such circumstances.
6.6 RNG Games. Casino games using a random number generator (RNG) on the robet Platform are powered by certified providers whose RNG systems are independently tested and audited for fairness. robet does not alter or influence the outcomes of RNG-based games.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by robet ("Promotional Offers") are subject to these general terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. Where specific promotional terms conflict with these general terms, the specific promotional terms shall govern.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Promotional Offers carry a wagering requirement. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
7.3 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotional offers are available once per Player, once per household, and once per device or IP address. robet reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer and recover any bonus funds credited where abuse or circumvention is suspected.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Promotional Offers are subject to expiry. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering requirements will be removed from an Account upon expiry of the promotional period. Expiry periods are stated in the specific terms of each offer.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers, engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or otherwise abusing the promotional system will have their bonuses voided, wagering progress reset, and may have their Account suspended. robet's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the robet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
All content on the robet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of robet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without robet's prior written consent.
The "robet" name, wordmark, and associated branding are proprietary to robet. Unauthorized use of robet's intellectual property — including in social media usernames, promotional materials, or commercial communications — is prohibited.
10.1 Platform Provided "As Is." The robet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. robet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or viruses.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, robet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.3 Cap on Direct Liability. robet's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct losses arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
10.4 Force Majeure. robet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, telecommunications failure, government action, natural disasters, or civil unrest.
11.1 Suspension by robet. robet reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
11.2 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting robet's support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players wishing to close their Account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through robet's support team or responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion is available on a temporary or permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, robet will use reasonable endeavours to prevent you from accessing your Account and will restrict promotional communications to you.
robet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and minimizing the potential harm associated with gambling. The following responsible gaming obligations and tools are part of these Terms:
12.1 Player Self-Assessment. You agree to periodically assess your own gambling behaviour and use the self-assessment tools available on robet's Responsible Gaming page. If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, you agree to make use of the available support tools.
12.2 Account Controls. The following responsible gaming controls are available to all robet Players from within their Account settings:
12.3 Gambling Is Entertainment. The robet Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income, solving financial problems, or as a coping mechanism for personal difficulties. If gambling is no longer enjoyable, please stop and seek help.
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by robet is governed by robet's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept robet's Privacy Policy.
robet collects and processes personal data as necessary for account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and service improvement. robet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is processed in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
14.1 Internal Complaints Process. If you have a complaint regarding robet's services, you should first contact robet's customer support team via live chat or the support email address provided in Section 17. robet will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
14.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with robet's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to robet's compliance team by providing written details of your complaint and the response received. The compliance team will conduct an independent review and respond within 10 business days.
14.3 Regulatory Referral. Where a complaint relates to gaming operations or regulatory compliance, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR following exhaustion of robet's internal complaints process.
14.4 Game Results. Complaints regarding game results or bet outcomes must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant event. robet will review server logs and game records to determine the outcome. robet's determination of game result disputes shall be final and binding.
robet reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, not less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory requirement.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, will always be accessible on this page. Previous versions of the Terms are available upon written request to robet's compliance team.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.
Nothing in this Section shall limit robet's right to seek urgent or interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
